Breaking Workshop - £20

This workshop will cover all aspects of breaking -correct stance, correct technique, foot positioning, the basic science of breaking, why we break, etc, with plenty of practice on the boards.

Reccomended for all students at green belt level or above.

Lower grades may attend but might not gain the full benefit of the course content.

The cost of this event is £20 per student.
