First Aid Course (adults/age 13+)

Knowing basic first aid is an important life skill, we believe everyone should know how to help in an emergency. 

Whilst it is a requirement that all Spirit Martial Arts black belts hold a valid first aid certificate this course is open to everyone that wants to attend.

The course is run by a qualified First Aid instructor and teaches the essential skills and knowledge needed for basic first aid.

Certificates will be issued upon completion of the course.

Spirit uniforms should not be worn, casual clothing is appropriate.

To reserve your place please complete the RSVP form, speak to your instructor or send us an email and please pay the associated fee into the usual bank account. The fee is £30 for the three hour course.
