Mittmaster takes padwork to the next level, the seminar is suitable for students of TKD, and Kickboxing, aged 12 and over.

This two and a half hour workshop promised to be fun, sweaty and informative - one not to be missed, especially by our kickboxers!

We will be covering many aspects - footwork, kicks, punching combos and all using the mitts to really learn how to get the most out of them.
